Union Trades Federal Credit Union Secure Skip A Payment Request

Eligibility:
This application must be submitted no later than five business days in advance of any automatic loan payment such as payroll deduction, an ACH origination or automatic payment. You may request to skip one month’s payment on your eligible Union Trades Federal Credit Union loan(s) for a $25.00 fee. Union Trades Federal Credit Union has the right to accept or deny Skip-a-Pay requests at its discretion. Mobile Homes, First Mortgages and Home Equity Lines of Credit are not eligible for this program.

By signing below, you authorize Union Trades Federal Credit Union to extend your final payment by one month on each loan designated above. Interest will continue to accrue on your loan(s) during the month that you skip your payment.

If a GAP Waiver insurance policy was purchased at the origination, or during the course of the above-referenced loan, doing any Skip-A-Payment may have an adverse impact as to how a GAP claim is paid by the Gap insurance carrier. The Credit Union will not be liable for any denial of GAP benefits created by Skip-A-Payment products.
